YAK Films is a three-man group that films metropolitan dance around the world. It was founded in Oakland, The Golden State by Yoram Savion and Kash Grimes. Their initial videos were of the Turf Feinz dance staff carrying out turfing-- a local hip-hop dance style from Oakland. After producing considerable sights on YouTube, they started YAK Movies and also included music producer Ben "B'zwax" Tarquin to the group. From capturing video clips only in the United States, they had the ability to easily transition to covering dance events in Europe because of Savion's double French citizenship.
